We utilise coach services to transport all guests from Airlie Beach. Typically we'll set 3-4 pick up locations through Airlie, Cannonvale and Proserpine. If you're attending a wedding and have questions around the bus service I recommend connecting with the couple directly as these pick up points vary for each wedding.
We have a limited number of car parks on site and are council restricted around the number of cars that are permitted to attend an event here. If you have a need to drive rather than utilise the bus service please ensure you reserve one of these spaces in advance.
Included in all packages at The Creek is an On the Day Coordinator whose job it is to ensure the day runs smoothly and effortlessly from start to finish. You'll also have full planning support from the time of booking working through detailed event orders, a clear timeline, communicating with your suppliers and assisting with all your questions big or small along the way.
Most weddings commences between 2 and 4pm. The exact ceremony time is something the couple will confirm in their planning and is decided with consideration to the sunset hours, order of proceedings and temperatures at that time of year. We recommend buses and all guests arrive 30minutes before the scheduled ceremony time.
